Terms & Conditions

Our Refer-A-Friend scheme allows you to earn a one-time referral fee of £200 when you refer friends or family to Warm Wave. Please read the terms below to see how you can qualify. These terms apply to referrals made from 1 September 2023.

Referring a Friend

This section is for customers who are referring a friend. When we mention “you” in this section, we are referring to the person making the referral.

For each friend you successfully refer to Warm Wave, you can receive £200, as long as both you and your friend meet the following conditions:

  • Your friend must:
    • Use the referral link to sign up for Warm Wave.
    • Be a new Warm Wave customer, live at a different address from you, and be the owner-occupier.
    • Have one of the following Eligible Services: Boiler Replacement Grant, First Time Central Heating Grant, Home Insulation Grant, or Air Source Heat Pump Grant. Multiple grants at the same property count as one Eligible Service.
    • Keep the installed grant at their address for 30 days before the referral fee is paid.
  • To be eligible to refer a friend, you must:
    • Be an existing Warm Wave customer.
    • Not be a Warm Wave Partner.

The referral fee will be paid within 30 days after your friend’s grant has been successfully installed.

By referring a friend and sharing your referral link, you agree that we may share your name with your friend, so they know who referred them. Your data will be handled in line with our privacy policy.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions if necessary. We may also modify or withdraw this promotion at any time.

By participating in the Refer-A-Friend scheme, customers are considered to have accepted and agreed to these terms and conditions.

The Refer-A-Friend scheme is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Warm Wave reserves the right to withhold the referral fee from anyone breaching these terms or exploiting the scheme in any way.

This promotion is governed by English law, and customers agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
